I’m highly intentional about preparation, pricing, and marketing. Once we’ve prepped and priced the house, it all comes down to marketing. If the property is marketed properly, it increases the overall exposure of the listing.

Today's home shoppers have lots to choose from and are browsing from their phones on Zillow & Insta. For a property to stop buyers in their scroll, it's got to be dialed & dreamy.

A listing agent’s job is to make sure as many people see the property as possible. When more people see the property online and in person, it increases the likelihood of getting multiple offers and driving the price up to its true market value. I have a stellar listing team that supports me and does a damn good job at marketing.
